I ordered flowers for my mom's funeral on 2/15 and picked them up on 2/14, only to receive an arrangement with wilted, brown flowers. I explained the situation, and while the staff tried to fix it, the flowers were still not in acceptable condition. I had to buy additional flowers to make it presentable, despite spending around $100. I expected fresh, high-quality flowers, especially since I ordered in advance. This experience was disappointing and added stress during an already difficult time.

I appreciate the friendly, professional assistance I received. After placing the online order, a member of the floral team called to inform me that they did not receive their usual delivery on Monday & would not be able to provide the arrangement I selected. They offered to deliver the following day, assuming their delivery arrived or refer me to another local florist. As promised, delivery was made the following day.

I ordered a fruit basket for my sister after surgery. I had it delivered to her home. She took pictures of it to show me what it looked like. A nice variety of fruits. She was so happy with it, so that makes me happy as well. Would order from again when the time arises.

The flowers were ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I don't know how much my son spent, but the beauty and uniqueness was exquisite. It was almost like it had two arrangements in one. There was an arrangement on a stick pole that was about 12 inches above the bottom arrangement! Spectacular!!! Very very CREATIVE!!! We both love it!!!! Thank you!!!
